Her interest in sports injuries stems from her work within the Port Melbourne Football Club in the VFL and VFLW where she assists players with their injuries. Bridget is passionate about self improvement, performance and health. Having been actively involved in the sporting world since she was a kid, she understands the demand and the toll that injuries and pain can take in the short and long term on the body.
