Was talked through attaching trailer and other features before driving away. Mike was very helpful and made it very easy. Only complaint would be cage door hard to close as bolt was not lined up correctly. But over all very good compared to most looked at. So it was worth the site visit, and I’m pleased that I purchased from an Australian manufacturer in the end.
